Update: many fears dead after maiduguri market explosion

Explosion has rocked Gamboru market by Customs bridge in the heart of Maiduguri claiming lives.  Eye witness told our reporter that the explosion went off Friday morning in a tricycle at the parking area of tricycle operators  in the market. A man, Alhaji Fannami, who went through the bridge as  part of a funeral procession, said he counted five bodies at the scene. He also noted heavy presence of security agents at the scene of the blast.
