She was said to be invited to explain huge sums of monies allegedly siphoned through her companies when she was first lady of the Kebbi State.
It was also learnt that the wife of the Senate President, Toyin Saraki has been invited to appear at the head offices of the Commission to answer questions on alleged money laundering charges.
When contacted yesterday, EFCC spokesman Wilson Uwujaren said: “I know that invitations have been sent to certain individuals, but I don’t have their identities.”
